• Contact your conferencing service representative to set up an Event call reservation at +1 888-447-1081 or +1 514-849-5771.
• You'll receive a reservation number, a verbal and faxed confirmation, and the phone numbers for your conference.
• Inform conference participants of the scheduled date, time, and phone number.
• Advise participants to call in a few minutes prior to the conference start time. They will be greeted, screened, and escorted into the conference.
