Planning The Call

  • Select the date and time of your conference call.
  • Develop a list of participants that you expect to be on the call.
  • Develop an agenda, allocating time for:
    • Communicating your information
    • Discussing other pertinent information
    • Asking and answering questions

Reserving The Call
To make a reservation, please contact your conferencing services representative. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Date and time of the call
  • Anticipated duration of the call
  • Type of service:
    • Event or Meet-Me - participants are greeted by an operator, we may collect participant information
    • Express or Automated - participants are dropped into the call automatically
    • Dial-Out - the operator will connect the speaker or participant by dialing out to them
  • Number of participants
  • Billing information
  • Name and telephone number of chairperson and contact person
  • Names and telephone numbers of participants (if Dial-Out call)

Initiating The Call

  • When participating in a Meet-Me call, participants should dial the assigned number five minutes prior to the scheduled start time.
  • When participating in a Dial-Out call, participants should be at their designated locations approximately 10 minutes prior to conference time.

If Problems Arise

  • If you are disconnected from the call, simply redial the assigned or designated number.
  • If you need assistance at any time during the conference, you can reach a Conference Operator by pressing *0 on your touch-tone phone.

After The Call
There are several services available after your call has completed. Please contact our reservations department for additional information on:
